Allied Professionals Planning Conference

The Community Foundation hosts an annual seminar in December that takes a deeper look into tax and planning issues. The Allied Professionals conference is free to members of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis, Financial Planning Association of Greater Memphis, and the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis. 

This year's event is December 5, 2018, and is Estate Planning After the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, featuring Jeremiah W. Doyle, Esq., Senior Vice President, BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

Community Foundation and Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis seminar

The Community Foundation and Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis co-host an annual seminar in the spring that addresses planned giving issues faced by professional advisors. The seminar includes discounted admission for members of the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis.

This year's event was on May 4, 2018, and was The Latest Developments In Charitable Planning & IRA Wins Oscar: Best Tax Performance in Deferred Gifts, featuring Johni Hays, J.D., Senior Vice President, Thompson & Associates.

The Community Foundation, along with co-sponsors Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Raymond James Trust, present monthly teleconferences on estate planning through the Cannon Financial Institute.
