The Community Foundation offers nonprofit organizations the use of our Gid H. Smith Community Room for business meetings and professional purposes. Please note: All reservations through March 31, 2020, are cancelled and the ability to make any new reservations is suspended while our community assesses and responds to the Coronavirus threat.
We are happy to offer our Community Room at no charge to nonprofits. In the heart of Midtown, the Community Foundation at 1900 Union Avenue is centrally located and offers our guests free parking.
The Community Room is available during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The room is set up boardroom style with 28 chairs around tables and 16 chairs along each side of room to accommodate up to 60.
