I'm a fund holder. How do I access my secure DonorView portal?

At the top right of this webpage, visit the light blue tab: Login > Donor Login

If you know your username and password, you can log in from there. If not, email Donor Grants Manager Kristen Ball.

I can't access my DonorView portal. How do I reset my password?

Email Donor Grants Manager Kristen Ball to reset your password.

How do I make a gift into my fund?

CASH
To wire cash, email Director of Donor Services Amy Beth Dudley or call her at (901) 722-0038 for instructions and account numbers.

CHECKS
Make checks payable to the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis. Please note the fund name in the memo line. Mail checks to our secure lockbox at:

PUBLICLY-TRADED SECURITIES
In order to receive a fair market value income tax deduction, you must have owned the stock for longer than one year prior to making a gift. When making a gift of stock, email stockgifts@cfgm.org so that we are aware of your incoming gift and can provide you further detailed instruction.

I'm having trouble making a grant or I need to make a change to a grant I submitted. What should I do?

How do I track a grant that I already recommended?

What are the deadlines for grant recommendation submissions?

The deadlines for making grant recommendations are the 10th and 24th of each month. The approved grants will mail on the 15th and at the end of each month. The intervals are necessary to allow time for staff research, processing, and approval by the Community Foundation Board of Governors.

How do I get a copy of my statement?

Current and past quarterly statements are available in your secure DonorView Portal. However, if you are having trouble, email Director of Donor Services Amy Beth Dudley or call her at (901) 722-0038.

I made a gift in to my fund and it hasn't been processed yet. What should I do?

I haven't received a tax letter for my gift. What should I do?

Email Director of Donor Services Amy Beth Dudley or call her at (901) 722-0038. We can provide a copy of your tax letter.

I want to make updates or changes to my fund. What should I do?

 We recognize needs change, and updates can be made. You can change contact information in your DonorView portal. For more complex changes, email Director of Donor Services Amy Beth Dudley or call her at (901) 722-0038.

When and how can I make changes to my investment options?
