Nonprofit organizations that co-invest with the Foundation are invited to join us and representatives from Gerber/Taylor Associates, Inc. for an investment briefing to learn more about the management of their funds. You will also learn about performance, the market outlook, and investment choice. The event runs 2:00-3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12.
Community Partnership Fund
Volunteer grant committees help the Community Foundation research nonprofits and fund organizations through the Community Partnership Fund. In FY 2016, the Community Partnership Fund distributed $509,140 to area nonprofits through 27 grants in three categories. Click here for a list of FY 2016 grants.
The Community Partnership Fund is essential to the continued growth of the Mid-South by:
- Building capacity of established nonprofits that are working to become more effective organizations,
- Supporting innovative projects of broad significance and long-term benefit in which donors may not otherwise have the opportunity to participate,
- Providing unrestricted operating support to agencies whose work directly supports other nonprofits' growth and strategic development.
