Community Partnership Fund

The Community Partnership Fund is the key grant-making program of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis. It encompasses four separate grant programs designed to strengthen the nonprofits in our community – from small, neighborhood-based organizations to the largest, most-established agencies. In recent years, the Community Foundation has awarded about $700,000 annually through the Community Partnership Fund. Because the amount of money is a relatively small portion of our total grants, we have carefully developed criteria to make the best use of our resources. Our board, staff and committee members invest a considerable amount of time in conscientiously reviewing all grant applications.

Because of the limited availability of grant funds this year, the Community Foundation will honor its multi-year grant commitments and provide support to ongoing initiatives. New applications will not be accepted during the fiscal year ending April 30, 2010.
