This program supports projects that build stronger communities.  For these purposes, “community” may be defined either by geography or by other shared connections such as common relationships or heritage. more

July 24
Deadline for reserving a place at Community Grants mandatory pre-application workshop. To reserve a place, e-mail Vanessa Langston or call her at (901)722-0032. There is no charge to attend.

July 28
Mandatory pre-application workshop for Community Grants. 1900 Union Avenue. Registration required by July 24, but there is no charge to attend.

August 25
Deadline for submitting letters of intent for Community Grants. Due at 1900 Union Avenue by 5 p.m. The committee will review letters of intent and invite a limited number of organizations to submit complete proposals in October.

Grants will be announced in late December
