Community Partnership Fund
Have you ever wished you could do more to support your community, but don't have the time or in-depth community knowledge to know where your gifts can make the greatest difference?
The Community Partnership Fund could be just what you're looking for.
The Community Partnership Fund is a joint effort of the Community Foundation and about 200 individuals who want to support innovative nonprofit work and the most pressing needs in our community. These partners are invited to participate in the grant process, although most rely on the Community Foundation's experienced staff and volunteers to evaluate community needs and the nonprofits addressing them.
Each year, volunteer committee members carefully review grant requests from nonprofits and recommend the strongest projects for funding by the Community Foundation's Board of Governors. In recent years, the Partnership Fund has distributed about $500,000 annually to area nonprofits. Read stories in the newsletters below or review
recent grants.
